Claims Procedure

ExtraSure Travel Insurance Claims Procedures

In the event of such claims, the policyholders/insured shall:

  1. Notify UOI's claims Department of the occurence immediately upon your return to Singapore.
  2. Submit the air-ticket counterfoil, passenger receipt or tour booking invoice and original ExtraSure Certificate of Insurance.
  3. Obtain the claim form (PDF: 446 KB) from UOI, complete and return the same to us within 10 days.
  4. For luggage delay/damage claims, submit to UOI the Property Irregularity Report/ Property Damage Report and Luggage Tags.
  5. For travel delay claims, submit to UOI the relevant Airline's confirmation letter stating the reason and duration of delay.
  6. Submit to UOI a copy of the police report if the loss occured whilst not in the custody of the airlines and Transportation Authorities.
  7. Assist and co-operate with UOI's appointed representatives at 6490 9342 or email us for follow up.
