FOR DBS/POSB INTERNET BANKING

1) Go to DBS Singapore website at www.dbs.com.sg.

2) Click onto the Internet Banking link on the top left menu. You should see the page as above.

3) You will need UserID and PIN in order to use the service. For those who have not registered, please apply for one.

4) You got two alternatives to apply for the Internet Banking. We recommend that you choose the first method that is getting your Internet Banking PIN at their ATMs.

5) After getting your PIN number, you can now use the Internet Banking service.

6) Go to the Internet Banking page and enter your UserID and PIN, then click submit

7) Click on to "Payment Services".

8) Then click on to "Add New Billing Arrangement"

9) When you come to the page, you got to click on the drop down button and choose EASY TICKETS as the payee.

10) Enter all the necessary details such as the Consumer Reference No and the amount payable.
* Please ask the officer you liaise with for the Consumer Reference No.

11) Click on the Immediate Payment button and Click Submit.

12) You will then come to a transaction confirmation page and click OK. You may print the transaction for reference.

13) Please advise us the transaction reference no once you have done the transaction.

Note : Transfer will take only 1 working day.

FOR OCBC BANK INTERNET BANKING

1) Go to OCBC Singapore website at www.ocbc.com.sg/personal-banking/

2) Go to the Internet Banking page and enter your access code and PIN, then click login.

3) Click on to "Fund Transfer".

4) Set up the account in your beneficiary list. Details as below :
EASY TICKETS , Account No : 022-022611-8 (DBS Current Account)

5) Once the account is added into your beneficiary list, you can transfer funds to our account via Internet banking, Mobile banking or Phone banking.

Note : Email or call us to inform the transaction reference no. Transfer will take from 2 - 3 working days.
