Day 1 Sin/Shanghai (D)
Arrive in Shanghai. Transfer to Suzhou(2 hours). Suzhou is
the city with over 2,500 years of history and regarded by
Marco Polo as the “Venice of the Orient”. Suzhou
is also known as the Silk Capital of the World. Check in hotel.
Dinner.
Day 2 Suzhou / Hangzhou (B/L/D)
After breakfast, we will visit the Serging Waves Garden, the
oldest existing garden in the city and one of four most famous
classical gardens in China built in Song Dynasty 900 years
ago. And then view the Panmen City Wall and the Ancient Narrow
Canal. Lunch. Visit to the Tai Pingfang Mosque, which is the
only mosque in Suzhou. Then we visit the Suzhou NO.1 Silk
Factory and learn the ancient art of making Chinese silk products
by hand. Also, we will enjoy a silk fashion show and do some
shopping. Afterward we will go to a Freshwater Pearl Farm.
Transfer to Hangzhou(3 hours).
Day 3 Hangzhou/Shanghai (B/L/D)
Hang Zhou is one of the Seven Ancient Capital Cities in China
known for its beautiful landscape and praised as “Heaven
on Earth”. Today’s activities begin with a stroll
along the “Su Causeway” viewing the beautiful
scenery of the famous West Lake. From there we visit the Tea
Village, the hometown of the number one Chinese green tea
– Long Jing. After lunch, we will visit the Phoenix
Mosque, which is one of the four most famous mosques in the
east of China with a history of more than 1,000 years. Then
we will go to visit the traditional Chinese Pharmacy—Bao
Shu Tang. Transfer back to Shanghai (3 hours).
Day 4 Shanghai (B/L/D)
This morning we go to thewith its history dating back some
400 years. People love this area due to the variety of commodities
and shops available. Lunch will be at a very nice Muslim restaurant
of Ningxia hotel. Visit the most famous mosque in Shanghai—Xiao
Taoyuan Mosque (means little peach garden mosque). Dzohor
and Asar Prayers here. Then tour the Pudong New Developed
Area, where we tour the riverside park along the Huangpu River
appreciating the third highest TV Tower in the world as well
as the Jinmao Tower, the third tallest building in the world.
Shopping at the Jade Center. Then we visit “Bund”.
We will stroll along the “Bund” (waterfront) which
will give you a grand view of the “Wall Street”
of the Orient, recalling the modern history in the last century
of this great city. Nearby is the famous Nanjing Shopping
Road.
Day 5 Shanghai/Home(B/L)
This morning will be spent in the best shopping markets –
Shanghai Textile market for clothes and general merchandise.
Here you will be able to test your bargaining skills. Transfer
to airport. Depart from Shanghai.
