DAY 01 SINGAPORE / KOTA KINABALU
Depart by scheduled flight for Kota Kinabalu, the state capital of Sabah. Meet upon arrival and transfer to your choice of hotel. Rest of the day free at own leisure.

DAY 02 CONQUER MOUNT KINABALU (Breakfast, Pack Lunch, Dinner)
After an early breakfast, take a drive through scenic countryside and across mountainous Crocker Range to the foothills of Mount Kinabalu to arrive at the park headquater to register for your climb. Thereafter, transfer to Timpohon Gate located at 1866m above sea level, which is the starting point of the Summit Trail. The 4-6 hours of guided trek will bring you through various vegetation zones, steep staircase, gnarled tree-roots to mossy world of drifiting clouds and orchid draped trees, where pitcher plants and rhododendrons abound. Located at 3335m above sea level is Laban Rata Resthouse, where you will have your deserving sleep (domitory style bunk beds with heater, common bathroom, hot water).

DAY 03 MOUNT KINABALU SUMMIT - KOTA KINABALU (Breakfast, Lunch)
At about 0300 hours in the morning, you will begin you final ascent of the Summit of Borneo - the Low's Peak at 4095m. Along the trail to the summit, you will be amazed with the incredible mountain backdrop of teeth and fangs, gulley, precipice, cliff plateau, gorge, peak, projectile and dwarfed vegetation at this altitude contrast sharply with the enormous silver black dome ot the summit. As you wait in the cold at the summit, dawn gradually creeps over the horizon, illuminating the darkness with the light of the new day. By 0600 hours, you will be able to see clearly most of the magnificent peak and this usually the best time to take some memorable pictures. Make your descend down to Laban Rata Resthouse for checkout followed by breakfast. Start climbing down at 1000 hours and you should arrive at Timpohon Gate at about 1300 hrs, pickup and transfer to the park headquater where you will be given a colourful certificate (only if you reach the summit). After lunch, you will be pickup at about 1600 hours for transfer to Kota Kinabalu, checkin at your choice of hotel.

DAY 04 KOTA KINABALU / SINGAPORE (Breakfast)
Bid farewell to Sabah as you will be transferred to the airport for your flight back to Singapore.
